We made all the arrangments with Laura Petrarca, Area Director of Sales & Marketing in mid December 2023. We were traveling with 48 athletes (from age 14-27 years ofage) and 12 admin personell. Luckily I made a last minute check with Laura before we left from Norway. First she just responded by email - did not wanted to take my call. Then after talking to a few of her collegues, she finally responded to my phonecall. It turns out Ms Laura had not done her job and blocked the 18 rooms we ordered nor had she made the contract she need to make - even if I had sent her all nessecary info to make the contract - by email. Ms Laura had plain and simple NOT DONE HER JOB. She kept blaming me instead.She would not let me speak - kept interupting me and then she started to rase her voice higher and higher. I tried to explain to her the seriousness of the situation - she was not interested. She lied and said that she would check the other hotels in the area and get back to me asap - two days later nad just a few hours before takeoff - still no feedback from Ms Laura, so called Area director of sales and marketing. We have never experienced such behaviour and extreme unproffesional behavior. She had no interest in understanding the very serious situation she had put us in. We were traveling with athletes who were goint to Miami to train for Nationals and the european championship. Luckily I was able to book with an other hotel - with fantastic service and 100% better location. This could have ended quite catastrophically for us.

Our stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. No towels despite repeated requests, a non-functional phone in the room, and a bathroom tub without anti-slip measures, posing a safety hazard. The staff was unprofessional and utterly unresponsive. Never again will I subject myself to such an appalling experience.

I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE. You as a quest have no control over your own rooms AC. First the lowest you can go in Miami is 70. I guess the electric bill is too much. Second the thermostat adjusts itself to what ever it wants in the middle of the night I woke up sweating and my 5yr old woke up in a puddle of his sweat crying. So basically I’ve had to stay up the night to keep adjusting it back down to 70. See picture

I have been coming over at this hotel plenty on times because of the excellent customer service of the front desk employees.Now they just gave me an upgraded room.Julissa and Krista are very welcoming.I feel this is my second home.The FOM has a nice attitude as well that’s why she has good employees.

My favorite hotel in Miami. I've been here twice already, one in December 2022 and April 2023. The shuttle driver Mr Neris was very professional and absolutely pleasant and helpful with information around the area. The front desk was very professional as well, very warm and welcoming stuff. Especially Camilla. The hotel is nice, rooms are clean and homey.
